The first layer of Dacron(R) is applied, marked in diamond patterns, and individual diamond shapes of Dacron(R) are applied to the MDF substrate wall board.


Individual precision diamonds are sewn into the silk velvet fabric, with the seam consealed within the pattern.



The fabric is upholstered to the padded substrate, care being taken to align each seam within the allowed opening in the padding. Brass tacks are hammered into each pocket formed at each point of the diamond.
